How does the Relationship Work?

We offer Managed VAS on a revenue share business model. With this model, we share risk and reward, splitting revenues relative to the investment made by each party in creating the success of the service.

At the outset, we clearly define responsibilities. Broadly speaking, we manage the service end to end – from deployment through to ongoing service management, including partner management, service feature enhancement and marketing activities such as campaign planning and execution. You deploy the necessary resource required to market the service, in line with agreed marketing tactics.

We share performance data and hold monthly meetings to review progress and agree actions and broader longer term goals.
